BLOCKPal is made of a composite material that won’t become too flexible in hot environments, tolerating temperatures up to 176° F. Embedded RM2 ELIoT® IoT technology enables real-time visibility of location, temperature, and shock both indoors and in transit.
Unlike plastic pallets, BLOCKPal’s high-performance composite construction won’t become brittle in extreme cold temperatures, down to -40° F, making it the ideal choice for ultra-cold chain logistics.
BLOCKPal pallets are made of a nonporous material that is naturally resistant to bacteria, chemicals, and pests and won’t shed – eliminating risk of pallet-related contamination. Pallets are sanitized at one of RM2’s three cleaning facilities in an ISO 22000 standard two-step cleaning process which includes disinfection and ATP swabbing and reporting.
